E-discovery

E-discovery

E-discovery is the electronic means of identifying, collecting and producing electronically stored information for disclosure in order to fulfil obligations under the Jackson Reforms and/or in response to a request for production in a litigation or investigation.

The processes of e-discovery are complex, in the main due to the sheer volume of material to be considered and otherwise the manner in which it is stored, i.e. digitally or ‘hard-copy’. In partnership with its sister company and other partners, CLS is able to digitize hard-copy and thereafter gather and examine vast amounts of electronic material on a single platform to ultimately produce the disclosure material.
